The Room Analyzer continuously measures the indoor climate in a room without users being able to operate or adjust anything. This provides the building management system with reliable information on comfort, air quality, and light intensity as a basis for automatic control.

Pure measurement data

The Room Analyzer continuously records temperature, relative humidity, eCO₂ (CO₂ from 2027), VOC, and light intensity in the room. Based on these measurements, the dew point can also be calculated. The measured values provide reliable input for central control and analysis.

Communication

All sensor values are available as Modbus registers and are read via RS485 by a PLC or other building management system. The registers are freely usable. The Modbus address and properties such as baud rate and parity are set via DIP switches on the back. The devices are connected to the Modbus bus via daisy chain.

Design and mounting

A dimmable RGB LED on the glass plate provides status indication from the central controller. The device is available with a white or black glass plate and in flush-mount and surface-mount versions, each with a supplied mounting plate. The glass plate clicks onto the mounting plate and can be removed without tools.
