Carglass Bilzen

For the Carglass site in Bilzen, Fixsus was commissioned by Montea to integrate the offices and warehouse into a single control system.
Fiber-optic linked islands manage the screens, twenty air heaters, and eighty destratification fans. In the offices, TP10 panels and Room Controllers manage the heating, lighting, and sun blinds.

DHL hub Zaventem

The DHL hub in Zaventem comprises a 31,500 m² sorting complex and 5,000 m² of office space.
Eleven I/O islands on fiber optics control more than 1,500 DALI fixtures, sixteen destratification zones, air heaters, and gas radiant heaters. This ensures that lighting and climate remain centrally manageable across the entire site.

Van Hoecke, Sint-Niklaas

At Van Hoecke in Sint-Niklaas, two buildings each operate with their own controller and linked islands.
TIBA3 integrates the Menerga air handling unit, DALI daylight control, and VAV regulation. A BTES field (borehole thermal energy storage) up to 120 meters deep feeds the heat pump and provides sustainable heating and cooling.
